If you're a crew member or subcontractor texting job-site photos to our project line: we only use your phone number and messages to file those photos under the right project. We never sell your number or share it for marketing. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for support.

Who we are

Mud & Marble ("Mud & Marble," "we," "us") is a custom residential construction company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This policy explains what information we collect through our internal project-management system and our text-messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Through text messages (SMS/MMS)

When you text photos, videos, or documents to our project line, we collect:

Your phone number
The content of your message, including any photos, videos, or files you send
The date and time of each message
Which project your message was filed under (either matched automatically or confirmed by your reply)

Through our internal systems

Team members with a login to our project-management system have an account (name and email) and the records they create in it — tasks, notes, schedules, and project files — as part of normal day-to-day operations.

How we use it

We use the information above strictly to run the business:

Filing photos, videos, and plans under the correct job so the project record stays accurate
Texting back to confirm receipt, or to ask which project a message belongs to when it isn't clear
Coordinating scheduling, tasks, and site communication among our team and subcontractors

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

Our text-messaging program

Our project line is an internal tool: field crew and subcontractors are given the number directly by Mud & Marble as part of their work, and texting it is how they submit job-site media for filing. By texting the number, you consent to receive an automated reply confirming what happened with your message.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your phone number or message content, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only with:

Service providers who host our systems or send/receive text messages on our behalf (e.g. our messaging carrier), solely to operate the service
Authorities, if required by law

How long we keep it

We keep project-related messages and files for as long as they're useful project records — generally for the life of the project and a reasonable period after, consistent with standard construction record-keeping practice.

Your choices

Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
Ask what we have on file, or request it be deleted, by emailing brent@mudmarble.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle information, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
